Karen, My mom is here and last night we had the summer vegetable stew. She finished it. I have never in my life known my mom to take seconds and finish the entire amount of ANYTHING. She absolutely LOVED it! So thanks, yet again! HC

Karen I am completely hooked. I definately save money at the grocery store, lots, and I definately save time, lots. The best part though is the food. We feel like we\'re sitting down to dinner at a restaurant. When we run out, my husband gets nervous. And last but not least, my son is a notoriously picky eater, and he sighs happily when I tell him we\'re having one of your meals. We've decided to always get whatever you have going for dessert too. Hi Karen- Everything has been GREAT. We loved the lemon/thyme roasted chicken and that lasagna...oh my. My husband doesn't like spinach cooked but absolutely loved that. Had your breakfast burritos this morning.....they were EXCELLENT. And I love your salsa....taste very fresh. Can't wait to see you next month.

K, Just wanted to give you some feedback! My family loved the meals I prepared 5/2/07. I took the BBQ shrimp with avocado and orange salsa to a local gathering and everyone was asking for the recipe. My sons ate several lamb kabobs, a shocker for me as they are 12 and 9 years old. I have already made more yogurt sauce, given that my whole family started putting it on everything! These great new recipes are a jump start for my boring \"standard fare\" that I offer my family. Thanks! MS

Karen, I just have to tell you how wonderful the meals have been so far. I made the veggie stew last weekend, and it was so amazing that I almost called and ordered more. And then last night I made the corn casserole...and it was even BETTER! I could almost eat it every day... So thanks! Heather

Hi Karen, Just a quick note to let you know last night's dinner got a rave review. My daughter served her family the Chicken Pot Pie. I went out for dinner and a movie with friends and missed it. She told me her husband said that whatever I was eating for dinner couldn't compare with his meal and my grandson learned how to "not gag on cooked carrots" - this is apparantely a big deal! Hi Karen, I want to let you know that my daughter is thrilled with the meals I\'ve shared with her and her growing family from Buying Thyme. She told me that my grandsons have tried foods she never thought they would eat. Shrimp and tuna are now foods they are asking for! Dinner time has become a treat a treat for all us. Thank you!

Karen, just wanted to say, "I love it"! My house smells so good after making the Butternut and Chicken stew!!! The lasagna with squash also was very yummy! I loved the stress-free days of wondering WHAT to have for dinner? You guys are doing a great thing!!!

Karen - My husband and I have had two meals so far -- the salmon and the chicken enchiladas and they were both terrific! I must say -- I was a bit skepical of how good they could be after being frozen, but they were fresh, moist, tasty and easy to cook. How wonderful not to be prepping a meal all night. Hi Karen, I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Saturday's birthday party for was and thank you for doing such an awesome job for us! The food was unbelievable and you made me look like a superstar! Evan gobbled up everything in site...which is quite a big deal for a picky 2 year old on a sugar high. I think each of us had a favorite item...mine was the cupcakes!!!!!! Also, your superior customer service by bringing over Evan's plain tortellini did not go un-noticed. I have already started spreading the word and think you'll have a bunch of new customers soon. Please also extend my thank you to Gina and her wonderful contributions.
I can only finish by saying that you can tell that you love what you do because it transfers into the product that you produce. In this day and age of 2 working parents, nourishing your family with good wholesome home cooked meal is tough....thank you for making it so much easier for us!

My husband and I are really enjoying the meals I made last week. Having so many delicious dinner alternatives ready to go has saved us both a lot of time and frustration. I\'m looking forward to coming back in as soon as we have room in our freezer.

Buying Thyme allows me to make all my meals for the week in just one hour. One hour! No grocery shopping, no prep work, and no clean up! I just show up at Buying Thyme and assemble my meals for the week and am done in an hour. Not only that, but there is always coffee and a scrumptious bakery treat waiting for me when I arrive. I am a 43 year old working mom of two children and I am so excited to share my enthusiasm for Buying Thyme. My family has tried over a dozen of these meals and not only are the portion sizes more than adequate for my family of four but the food is some of the most delicious dishes we have tasted. We are thrilled to have this food in our freezer for nights when we are just on the run either at sporting events, school concerts or meetings. It is so nice to be able to have a home cooked meal on those nights when it gets hectic and would have to order fast food (which I might add would cost alot more for food that is so much less nutritious).
