Terms and Conditions

1. I will follow all rules related to the use of the Buying Thyme Kitchen during my session.


2. I will promptly freeze my Buying Thyme meals following the conclusion of session.


3. I will follow the cooking instructions specified on each of my Buying Thyme meals.


4. I will keep all dinners below 40° F while in storage, and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 165° F when ready to eat.


5. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all my Buying Thyme meals.


6. I agree to release Buying Thyme from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Buying Thyme meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Buying Thyme.
7. I realize that Buying Thyme meals are for non-commercial use and are not for resale.
